Beamy for OBS

Creator beta for OBS Studio

Preparing Beamy for OBS
Ready to install native OBS plugin panels
What it installs

The runtime and first-class OBS panels.

Beamy keeps the product logic in the local runtime and uses the OBS plugin as a thin native host for the panels creators actually use while live.

Runtime

Start Beamy Runtime

The local service powers Ask Beamy, Beamy Control, browser sources, account state, and diagnostics.

Ask Beamy

Creation panel

Ask for a follow welcome, raid welcome, show docket, or other moment without wiring the pieces by hand.

Beamy Control

Live panel

Test, arm, pause, clear, and inspect last-fired status from a native OBS plugin panel.

First run

From install to first moment.

01Run the Windows installer.

Beamy installs the Runtime and native OBS plugin.

02Start Beamy Runtime.

Use the Start Menu shortcut before opening OBS.

03Open OBS - Beamy for OBS.

Launch the OBS shortcut and confirm first-class OBS panels appear.

04Open Ask Beamy and Beamy Control.

The plugin docks both panels so you can create and operate from OBS.

05Sign in and connect Twitch.

Use your approved beta account and run readiness checks.

06Create one simple moment.

Ask for a follow welcome, preview it, add it to OBS, then test it.
